Scott Russell

Scott Russell is a distinguished angel investor, business coach, mentor, and non-executive director (NED). With a remarkable career spanning multiple successful ventures, Scott has founded, built, and exited five exceptional companies, amassing a total valuation exceeding £50 million. His passion now lies in imparting his wealth of knowledge to both budding entrepreneurs and seasoned business veterans, guiding them towards achieving similar success.

Scott's impressive accolades include being a Sunday Times Tech Track Top 10 finalist for three consecutive years (2007, 2008, and 2009). In 2011, he was honored as the EADT East Anglian Business Person of the Year. His leadership skills shone through in 2013 and 2014 when he propelled Paddy & Scott's Cafes Ltd to join Accelerate 250, a prestigious community of the UK's top growth companies, under the endorsement of the Prime Minister’s Enterprise Advisor Lord Young and former Tesco CEO Sir Terry Leahy.

In 2017, Grant Thornton recognized Scott as one of the country’s top 100 influential business leaders, earning him a place among the esteemed "Faces of a Vibrant Economy." He selectively mentors twelve "one-to-one" superstars annually and facilitates a peer-to-peer mentoring program for emerging entrepreneurs. His mentorship programs are accessible, starting at just £300 + VAT per month.

A devoted father of four boys, Scott enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, coaching youth rugby, and supporting West Ham United. As a private pilot, he finds his greatest joy on two wheels, with or without a motor.
